Private · Offline · Works in PKR

Every rupee, in its place.

Expenses, budgets, udhaar, committees and gold in one ledger. No bank logins and no ads. Your money data stays encrypted on your phone.

Free on Google Play, for Android.

Kifayat's home screen: net worth of Rs 851,600 made up of accounts, udhaar and committees, with a committee payment and a budget that need attention.

More than expenses

The money a spreadsheet never had a column for.

Kifayat records how money actually moves between people, not just what you spent at the shop.

Udhaar

Write down who owes you and whom you owe, before you both forget. Lending and borrowing net out to one clear balance per person. It is your private record: nobody else is added or notified.

Committees

BC, kameti, whatever you call it. Record what you have paid in, see how many rounds are left, and count down to your turn for the pot.

Gold

Keep track of what is in the locker, in tola, valued at an estimated pure-gold spot price. It is an estimate, not a jeweller's buying or selling price.

Share the hisaab

Send someone their balance as a short text, through any messaging app, without the awkward call. Only their name and the balance are shared.

Working abroad? Two currencies, one ledger.

Earn in dirhams or riyals and support family in rupees? Keep an AED or SAR account alongside a PKR one, each in its own currency, with no manual conversion. Twelve currencies: PKR, AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, BHD, USD, EUR, GBP, INR and JPY.

Kifayat keeps the record. It does not lend money, hold money or run a committee. Nothing moves unless you move it yourself.

Every day

Hisab kitab in seconds, not an evening.

Track your kharcha, set aside your bachat, and know where the paisa went, without a spreadsheet and without linking a single bank account.

A look inside

Calm screens for a busy month.

Private by design

Your ledger lives on your phone.

Kifayat is local-first. It works on a plane, on weak signal or with mobile data switched off, and syncs only to your own account when you sign in.

Encrypted on your phone

Your ledger is encrypted with SQLCipher. The key is made on your phone, kept in the Android Keystore, and never leaves it.

No bank logins, ever

Kifayat has no connection to any bank. Everything in it is what you typed.

Never sold, no ads

Your transactions, amounts and notes are never sold and never shared. There are no ads in the app.

Analytics that can't see money

We see which screens people use, never what they spend. The app is built so an amount or a note cannot be sent.

Read exactly what is collected in the privacy policy, or delete your account and its data.

Questions

Good to know

Does Kifayat connect to my bank?

No. It never asks for a bank login and has no connection to any bank, card or wallet. You add entries yourself, which takes seconds.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Everything works offline. If you sign in, your entries sync to your own account whenever there is a connection.

What happens when I change phones?

Sign in on the new phone and your ledger comes back from your account.

Which currencies does it support?

Twelve: PKR, AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, BHD, USD, EUR, GBP, INR and JPY. Each account keeps its own currency, so a dirham account and a rupee account never get mixed up.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Kifayat is on Android, through Google Play.

How much does it cost?

Kifayat is free to download from Google Play.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings, then Data & privacy, then Delete everything. If you have already uninstalled it, use the account deletion page.
